Thank you for considering a stay at Bell Tower Suites. We strive to make each guest feel welcomed and comfortable. To that end, we have answered a few of the most common questions here. Q: What are Bell Tower Suites check in and check out times?
A: Check in is usually at 3:00 pm and check out is by 11:00 am. However, we will be happy to work with you if your schedule varies from this.

Q: What linens are provided?
A: All bedroom, bath and kitchen linens are provided. If you are more comfortable with your own pillow, by all means bring it along.

Q: Are the suites priced by the number of people staying?
A: No, each suite has a flat weeknight or weekend price based on up to 5 guests per suite, for a total of 10 guests. If your party exceeds 5 guests per suite, an extra charge will be applied. Please contact us for details.

Q: How many people can stay in each suite?
A: Each suite is designed to comfortably sleep five. If your group is larger than five, please consider reserving both suites.

Q: Can other groups besides scrapbookers use the suites?
A: Of course! The suites are designed to accommodate all sorts of get togethers, including


Q: Is there a damage deposit?
A: We have not needed one to date. Our guests are polite and careful. We understand that on the rare occasion something may go awry, and although you will be responsible for any damages or repair costs incurred, we will strive to be fair in all matters.

Q: Do I need to secure my reservation by credit card?
A: This is the preferred method of securing your reservation. If this is not a possibility, please call to discuss other options. All reserved dates are considered billable unless canceled 60 or more days in advance.

Q: What's all in the kitchen?
A: We are pleased to provide a home-quality kitchen complete with eating and cooking utensils as well as linens. Please feel free to bring your own foods and beverages, including coffee.

Q: Is there any place close by to eat?
A: You have many choices ranging from having food catered in, to enjoying local fare, to driving a short distance to other small towns offering unique eating establishments.

Q: Is there anything to do in St. Clair?
A: Well, yes, as long as you remember that you are in a 21st century Mayberry! You will find a self-guided walking tour brochure of St. Clair in your suite. There are day-trip pamphlets that will help you to enjoy the surrounding communities as well as the nearby trail and park systems.

Q: I noticed something about second floor work table area, what's that?
A: Bell Tower Suites is blessed to be located in an actual church building. That has given us the opportunity to locate the suites on the main floor and still leaves extra rooms on the second floor. When you reserve a suite on Friday or Saturday night, you also have access to the second floor of the building, complete with ten work tables, individual table lamps and comfortable task chairs. Of course you can extend your stay to include Thursday or Sunday night at a reduced rate and still have access to the second floor work tables. Just give us a call to make arrangements.

Q: Do you ever have crafters come just for daytime hours?
A: We sure do! Just contact us for the details.

Q: Can I smoke in the suites?
A: We are a smoke free facility.

Q: Can I bring my pet along?
A: As a courtesy to our other guests, we have chosen to be animal free.
